Services Provided

We offer professional videography services, including filming, editing, and delivery of final video content based on what we agree on before the shoot.

Booking & Communication

To book a shoot, we’ll confirm details like date, time, location, and any special requests. Please provide accurate information and notify us of any changes as early as possible.

Payment Terms

Payment is due after the final edit is delivered. We’ll send an invoice once your final video is ready. Accepted payment methods and due dates will be listed on the invoice.

Delivery Timeline

You’ll receive your edited video within an agreed timeframe, usually within a few weeks of the shoot. We’ll let you know when it’s ready and share a download link or file.

Revisions

One round of basic revisions is included. Additional edits may come with extra charges. Please send any revision requests within 7 days of delivery.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 48 hours’ notice. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes. Cancellations with less notice may be subject to a fee.

Usage Rights

You’re free to use the final video for personal or promotional purposes. We reserve the right to use clips for our portfolio or marketing, unless you request otherwise in writing.

Liability

We’re not responsible for delays or issues caused by events beyond our control (e.g. weather, technical problems, or access restrictions). Our goal is always to deliver high-quality results.
